Multi-Accounts

MyScorecard is a robust tool for tracking multiple golfers, through individual accounts, through clubs, or by using the admin entry tool.

Signing up Multiple Golfers
Adding a Scorecard for a friend is easy - even if they don't own a computer. Sign out of your account by pressing the blue "sign out" button in the upper right of your Scorecard. Return to the main page and press the register button. Enter your friend's information and have them register and account.

Your can switch between accounts by pressing the sign out button and then logging into the second account. You can enter scores into each and track each handicap. You can also form a club, and have both accounts join the club - that will make it easier to view each others scores and track handicaps. If you need any assistance creating the second account, please do not hesitate to contact us.
There are two ways to track handicaps for a group of friends. If you want each member to be able to enter their own scores, view their own scorecard (and performance report), etc, you will need to have individual accounts. We would first recommend that you create a club by going to the Clubhouse page and pressing the "Create a Club" button. This will enable all members to view each others scores and handicaps, and allow you to track points and easily calculate course handicaps for everyone. Once the club is created, each member should sign up (or you can sign up each member) by signing out of your account (by pressing the "Sign Out" button in the upper right of your screen and clicking the link to return to the login page) and register your friends as new accounts. You will need to have different usernames for each friend, but all can have the same password. For each account, your friend will want to go into the Clubhouse Page and join your club (by clicking on the "Join a Club" button and entering the Club ID and Password).

If you will be the only person entering scores and viewing all of the scorecards, there is a second option available to you. You can use the admin entry feature to track your golfers. The cost is your membership + ~\$1-2 per additional golfer (less with more players). To sign up for admin entry, first form a club (by going to the Clubhouse Page and pressing the "Create a Club" button). Then, as above, create accounts for your friends, and have them join the club. Once joined, sign back into to your account, go to your club, and select "Club Admin Score Entry" from the "Admin Actions" menu. If you need help creating the accounts or activating the admin entry feature, please let us know.
Yes, MyScorecard is optimized for league tracking. You can set up multiple clubs (e.g. for Monday, Wed, Friday Leagues), members can see each others scores, handicaps, and course handicaps. Individuals can enter scores, or you can enter scores for them. You can send emails to individuals or the groups. Members can post messages to the league bulletin board. And you can even make your league official and offer official handicap cards to all of your members.

To find out more or to have a MyScorecard representative help set up your league, please contact us.
Yes, MyScorecard offers group discounts for groups of 10 or larger, if one person pays for the entire group. For more information, please contact us.

Tracking Multiple Golfers
To switch between accounts, you need to press the "Sign Out" button and then log in with the other account's information.

This needs to be done every time you would like to switch between accounts. The reason is that your information is stored as a "cookie" on the computer. When you go to MyScorecard and choose to have the "Automatic Login" enabled, we read the cookie and that tells us which account to look up. This cookie remains until you press the "Sign out" Button. Thus, even if you have MyScorecard saved in your favorites (for which we are definitely grateful) you will be taken to the original scorecard.

An alternative, if you wish to view each others' scorecards, is to create a group and have all players join. Then, you can view everyone's scores from the same account.
The Admin Entry tool allows you to enter scores for all the members in your club from the same page. Members can still enter scores for themselves as well.

To enable this feature, simply select "Club Admin Score Entry" from the Admin Actions menu and select the number of members you wish to track.

For security purposes, each member will need to give you permission before you can enter scores into their scorecard - they can do so easily, by selecting "Enable Admin Entry" from their Club Actions menu.

If you are looking to create and then enable all members for a large club - you can email us and we will help you get set up.

If you have the Admin Entry Tool active, pressing on the club member's name in the Club Overview will take you to a page listing their most recent 20 scores. Below the score listing is a dropdown that will allow you to delete their scores.
The Admin Entry course dropdown is only based off of the admin's course list. This is because for larger clubs, using all member's scores can quickly overwhelm the course list.

Peer Review
If you are a member of a club, you can click on their name in the club overview to view their 20 most recent scores.

To view any MyScorecard member's scores, and to view their official handicap card, you can use the peer review feature located on our main login page. Sign out of your account, return to the main login page, and click on the blue peer review button. Enter in the username or the name and state of the member, and you will be able to view their scores and handicap card.
You can point them to our peer review feature, located by clicking the handicap lookup link at the top of our main sign in page. There visitors can look up your scores, handicap (and if official, handicap card) by entering your username, or your name and state. As well, if they have any difficulties or further questions, they are encouraged to contact us.
The USGA requires that if you have an official USGA handicap that we make your name and handicap information as well as your recent scores available to anyone who wishes to look up and confirm your information. We do this via the Peer Review function, accessible to both members and non-members.

However, if you do not belong to an official club, then you are able to go to your preferences page and change your Viewing Preferences setting to disable Peer Review. This will update your privacy settings and make your information invisible to anyone who searches.

If you are a member of an Official Club, you will need to remove yourself from that club (via the Club Actions menu on the club overview) before you can change this setting.
